Peach/Mango Smoothie


1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 1/2 cups low-fat plain yogurt

2 1/2 cups frozen peach/mango chunks

1 tablespoon honey

Juice from half lime

1 scoop Bomba Acai (15 grams)

Blend and enjoy

Adjust this smoothie a bit - instead of using mango use peaches and used almond milk (4oz ); along with a teaspoon of vanilla and honey greek yogurt ( for the extra protein) and another teaspoon of honey with a dash of cinnamon- BON APPETITE!
